Available Franchise Territories
We’re opening Tilehurst Roofing to owner-operators who want a protected territory and a brand that homeowners already trust. Every territory is exclusive. One owner, one market, no overlap. That first-mover advantage matters in roofing, where reputation compounds fast and a good name in one suburb spreads to the next. Claim your area before another qualified operator does.
Open Markets
These states currently have open territory for a Tilehurst Roofing location:
- Texas - explosive suburban growth around Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, and Austin means thousands of new roofs and aging stock that needs honest repair work.
- Florida - the hurricane cycle keeps roofers busy, but homeowners are desperate for crews who actually show up after the storm-chasers leave.
- California - from the Inland Empire’s heat-baked shingles to the Bay Area’s mix of tile and composite, the scale and climate variety reward a company with real material expertise.
- Georgia - Atlanta’s sprawling metro and the coastal wind zones both need roofers who understand asphalt, metal, and tile under real weather stress.
- North Carolina - the Research Triangle and Charlotte metro are adding homes faster than reliable roofers can keep up.
- Arizona - brutal sun degradation and monsoon season damage create steady demand for honest assessment, not automatic replacement pitches.
- Tennessee - Nashville and Memphis both have mature housing stock hitting the 20-year replacement window, plus storm repair work that comes in waves.
- Ohio - freeze-thaw cycles punish flashing and underlayment; homeowners here know the difference between a patch and a proper fix.
- Pennsylvania - Pittsburgh’s steep-pitched older homes and Philadelphia’s rowhouse density both need skilled crews who can handle varied architecture.
- Colorado - hail capital of the country, which means plenty of volume for an operator who refuses to cut corners on insurance documentation and code-compliant installs.
- Washington - persistent moisture and moss issues reward roofers who understand ventilation and don’t just slap new shingles over rotten deck.
- Virginia - the corridor from Richmond to Northern Virginia blends historic districts, military relocations, and new construction that all need reliable roofing partners.
How Territories Work
A Tilehurst Roofing territory is a protected, exclusive market. We don’t sell overlapping boundaries and we don’t pit two owners against each other in the same ZIP code cluster. Your territory is yours to build.
Here’s how it works. When you express interest, we review your qualifications and discuss the geographic area you’re targeting. If that territory is open and you’re approved, we hold it for a defined due-diligence period while you validate the market, talk to our existing owners, and review the Franchise Disclosure Document. No other prospect gets access to that territory during that window.
The territory itself is defined by population, housing stock age, and competitive density, not just a radius on a map. We want you to have enough reachable homeowners to build a real business, not so broad that you can’t serve it well. That balance is part of The Kingswell Way.
Each location operates independently. You own your business, hire your crew, build your local reputation. What you agree to is the Kingswell Guarantee: say the price before the work, show up in the window you gave, leave the place cleaner than you found it, put the guarantee in writing, and come back if it fails. Those five points are non-negotiable because they’re why homeowners call us back and refer their neighbors.
Your upfront investment covers training at our headquarters, launch marketing support, access to our seven-manufacturer supply relationships, and the operational systems we’ve refined since 2000. You get the playbook; you run the plays in your market.
